Fixed scope of 2–4 weeks, fixed price. I'll give you the exact figure right after the intro call, once I know what's in scope. I go through your processes and data and answer the question of where AI makes sense and where it doesn't. Deliverable: evaluated use-cases, cost and ROI estimates, a roadmap, and an architecture proposal. A document your leadership can decide on. The outcome can also be "don't do it" — which is still cheaper than a project that never ships.
Architecture & validation
Solution design, proof-of-concept, technology selection. Feasibility validated before the big investment — on real data, not on a conference demo.
Production delivery
When the analysis says "build": AI agents, data platforms, integrations into your systems. I build what I designed — and stay responsible for it in operation.

How I deliver larger projects
I build the architecture and key components myself. At larger scale I lead your internal team; if more hands are needed, I put a team together — though with today's tooling far fewer are needed than used to be. Documentation and handover are part of every delivery, nothing ends up locked in one person's head.
