Data scope
Navigrants works over official European grant data: 27,798 funded projects from the Horizon Europe and H2020 programmes, and 16,862 organization profiles that appear in them. The data is read from official European sources — SEDIA and the Funding & Tenders Portal.
The application runs in six language versions, because consortia are assembled across countries and finding a partner is rarely a single-language task.
What you can do with it
- Search for partners and consortia across the history of funded projects — no registration required.
- Organization profiles: what an organization has already won, who it collaborated with, which programmes it works in.
- A dedicated OP TAK section for Czech companies dealing with the domestic subsidy programme rather than a European consortium.
Method
The principle is the same as in cz-agents: take a regulated public source that was designed for a human with a browser and turn it into a layer a machine can trust. That means explicit states instead of guessing, readable partial results instead of smooth sentences, and a connection to the official source rather than to a copy of it.
The difference is the domain: cz-agents reads Czech business and insolvency registers, Navigrants reads European grant data. Architecturally it is the same problem: inconsistent fields, data hidden in attachments, sources with their own limits and outages. That is exactly why Navigrants is useful as a second point on the line — it shows the method is not tied to one particular register.
